This 4-week program is designed to help you take the first step into the strength and lifting world. It might be intimidating entering the gym for the first time not knowing where to start from and how to do it the correct way. Focus on lift at your heaviest working weight in this cycle, keep reps smooth and powerful, staying controlled under load, and notice improvements—you should feel more stable, efficient, and strong.
